OVERVIEW
Introducing Conaxsat's newest receiver... the Nano. This is
the replacement model to the wildly popular Conaxsat Mini. It performs exactly
the same as the Mini with USB functionality and basic PVR features. Best of all,
it does everything the Mini does at a MUCH lower price!
The IX-100 Dongle allows you to connect your CNX Nano to the internet.
*NOTE* Compatible with the CNX Nano ONLY. The CNX
Mini, Duo, and Trio use a different adapter.
ABOUT POWERLINE ADAPTERS
This Powerline Ethernet Adapter Kit [PEAK] allows you to network
your home computers, networking devices and gaming devices through
the most pervasive medium in your house - the electric power lines -
and share Internet connections, printers, transfer files, play
games, and more. You can also use the kit to extend a Wi-Fi network
to the furthest part of the house or facility by using power lines.
The Powerline Ethernet Adapter Kit can also be used to link through
a power line two network devices such as the IX-100 and
a broadband router, allowing a wireless connection between your
IX-100 and the router.
HOW IT WORKS
First, plug in one of the Ethernet Adapters into an electricity
source. You use a Cat5e networking cable to connect your Ethernet
Adapter to your ethernet-accepting machine.
Then, plug in another Ethernet Adapter into an electricity source
beside your wired/ wireless router. Use a Cat5e networking cable to
connect your Ethernet Adapter to the router.
Finally, follow the simple set-up procedures in the Installation
Guide to activate the wireless connection between your ethernet-accepting
machine and the router.

BENEFITS
NO WIRELESS ROUTER REQUIRED. Other retailers sell wireless bridges
with this FTA unit. In order for wireless bridges to work, a
wireless router is REQUIRED. The problem with wireless bridges is
that if you do not have a wireless router, you cannot use the
wireless bridge. You will be forced to buy a wireless router that
could cost you anywhere from $50 to $150. The greatest benefit of
this Powerline Kit is that NO WIRELESS ROUTER IS REQUIRED. It is
compatible with either a wired or wireless router.
